Gold In the Net Heated Mini Storage Units Feature:
Our units have been built with safety and security for your posessions in mind. We have built our units with the latest fireproof block contstruction, as well as ensuring that each unit is clean, and individually alarmed, as well as monitored by closed circuit camera's. We also have installed a proximity alarm on our lot, ensuring that there are no unauthorized visitors outside of business hours. We have built our units on a wide open space, allowing for excellent line of site for both employees as well as our cameras. This style of construction also makes it extremely easy for you to pull up to your unit in your vehicle and unload your vehicle into one of our storage units.
We offer 24 hour conditional access to our facilities. We only request that you give notice that you wish to access your unit after hours so that we can ensure that your visit is pleasent and hassel free.
We have hired a live-in, on-site care taker for our facilities to make sure that someone is on site at all times, and to ensure that your posessions are secure 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
When building Gold In the Net Heated Mini Storage, we made sure to keep our environmental impact in mind. We made sure that we were building with energy efficient construction and electrical products, as well as going to great lengths to recycle the heat that the rink on our premesis produces. This has resulted in a major reduction in the carbon footprint left by our mini storage facilities. Feel proud with the knowledge that you have made the choice to store your posessions in a way that is friendlier to the environment.
When it comes to the question of "how do you heat a storage unit?", there really should only be on answer. That answer is "Radiant Heat". Radiant heat means that we have heated the floor of the unit to provide a thorough dry heat in the unit. The biggest advantage of radiant heat over baseboard heat, or forced air heat, is that you do not have to worry about positioning your belongings away from a vent or heater. Instead Radiant heat supplies heat to the whole unit, regardless of the contents of the unit or the contents positioning inside the unit.
